I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Refunds are available if the item is damaged in shipping or arrives damaged.
I am also happy to repair any item that breaks with in the first 30 days (within reason) due to material not holding up. If something is outside of that scope or outside of a typical break, that is not covered. (example: bent earring post, a break that shows force)
(Note:Often the earring studs on the polymer earrings can pop off due to the super glue weakening over time. They can just be super glued back on if this happens)
If there is an issue with the items I am happy to accommodate and provide a refund. I encourage all customers to ask question if you would like more details, to assure you like the items you are receiving.
Refunds/Returns: Please first email for a Return Request and reason for the return.
The buyer is responsible for the Return and costs associated with the Return, tracking and insurance. Items must be shipped back in the original packaging. Once Items are returned in the condition they were sold in the customer will be refunded.
All items must be unused and in new condition to be refunded. They must also be returned with in 15 days of receiving the items in order to receive a refund.
If anything is marked Final Sale, that means all Sales are final and returns are unavailable. All custom orders are also non returnable.
